Twin Lobe Blowers belongs to the family of positive displacement blowers.  Universal Twin Blowers are available in 2 types Air Cooled series and Water Cool Series.  They are available for a volumetric flow rate ranging from 8CFM (13.5 m3/hr) and 5079 cfm (8623 c.m.h.) pressure ranging up to 14.2 PSI (1kg/c.m.sq.)

Universal water cool air blowers are very similar to the air cooled series in performance, except for the water jacket around them which contribute to the dissipation  of the heat generated on account of high compression  thereby maintaining tolerable temperature of all the blower components.

Water cooled  blowers are largely used where the discharge pressure exceeds more than 7000 mm water gauge to promote life of the bearing and the separator seals.

These blowers have been further developed for Bio gas application where these blowers are used for pumping bio gas to boost gas pressure to meet required burner input demand.
