Universal Axial Flow fans are specially designed and manufactured for optimum performance standard between air and power consumption. Universal Axial fans finds it major application in industrial ventilation and humidification systems where the amounts of air handled are large at relatively low pressure. Universal has developed various type of Axial flow fan viz. Tube Axial Fans [Column mounting/Pedestal type/Tubular type heavy duty wall mounted fans roof, extractors and Bifurcated fans. These fans achieve high efficiency on account of excellent fan design which includes cast aluminum aerofoil blades / mild steel bladed design for dust loaded gases.
The fan impellers have been developed in 2 types:
Fixed blade type and Variable pitch type.
Universal Axial fans are available in various materials of construction, mild steel, stainless steel, FRP lined and various special alloys. These fans can deliver a capacity up to 1, 20,000 c.m.h. and pressure range up to 50 m.m.W.G.
